“Clean and nice hotel. About twenty minutes from Kuta beach. You have everything g you need for a quiet stay at the hotel. Beach pool volleyball and the rooms are clean and quiet ! “Die Zelte sind extrem schön eingerichtet und sauber. Alles vorhanden, von Kaffee/Tee bis hin zum Kimono.
Personal ist außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Gegend ist sehr ruhig, mitten in der Natur. Etwas weiter weg von der nächsten Stadt (Kuta 20 min mit Auto)
Hotel bietet Transfer dorthin an, leider bisschen teuer.
Frühstück und überhaupt das Essen war wirklich fantastisch! Klare Weiterempfehlung”

“Cute little resort.
The staff were all really great, we wanted to head to the beach so they let us stay past check out time at no charge and set us up with transfers for our next destination.
Only thing that was a real bummer and we didn’t stay long because of it is there is no A/C in the rooms and they are very hot and muggy, my husband was dying and didn’t get much sleep and the restaurant was closed for Ramadan and there were not many other options around. Breakfast was great at the hotel……

“优点：整体来说还是不错的，虽然客房距离酒店大堂有点距离，但是可以使用房间内的手机通过WhatsApp联络酒店方，但是似乎没有给手机卡缴费，出了酒店这部手机就不能使用网络了。
缺点：酒店在山上，下到海滩需要走半个小时的山路，路有些颠簸和急转弯，会晕车。周围其实没啥好玩的，酒店也没提供半日游玩一日游玩的介绍。并且，酒店提供的食品和包车服务比外面会贵不少。”

“我們一家大小都很喜歡Seven Havens Residence，服務人員很親切，經理Julia給了我們很多的諮詢建議，司機ArSam也幫助我們附近地點交通的接送，對於初次來到龍目島的我們來說，非常的有助益，停留的期間恰是雨季，因為面海房的關係，半夜風雨挺大的。整體來說，景緻非常的棒，無邊際泳池非常的美，偶而出現的猴子很可愛，是個值得體驗的住宿地點。建議：熱水器的供水量要再調整。”

We had a 2 bedroom villa and just a couple things we didn’t like such as the 2nd bedroom is a separate entrance from the main unit, you have to walk outside past the pool to enter the bedroom (not ideal for kids as it’s nice to have rooms together and accessible from same living area).
