“ This was the coolest place ive ever stayed at. Forget any negative reviews you may have seen. Peter was an awesome and welcoming host and his place was beautiful, very clean and had all the comforts of home. “My daughter wanted to visit the Hobart Book Village for her Christmas present, so I thought it would be nice to stay local and find a nice quiet get-away. The Rich Farmhouse is just that. The driveway was semi-circle shaped so there was no need to worry about backing in and out. The beds were so comfortable. I even had a down comforter on the queen bed. So cozy and warm.
