Quiet area about 10 minute walk to the Plaza Grande. Room with balcony overlooking the beautiful pool area and garden. Continental breakfast was perfect, fruit, toast, coffee and eggs if desired. Served by the staff.

Great location close to the city center. Very walkable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We didn't use the pool, but it was nice. They have a complimentary continental breakfast that was good. The king-Bed Room was very large and the bathroom had a double vanity and good water pressure. A/C worked great. It was a great place at a very good value.

The Mosquito’s were ridiculous, the locking of the front doors were very inconvenient, the Maid service was inconsistent, always forgetting something. Their other Property Art 54 much better, was very disappointed in my stay here , would not stay at this property again.

Se venden como hotel boutique sin cubrir ningún criterio es decir No Lo Son, el agua de la regadera se salía hasta la recámara, puertas poco seguras y con poco mantenimiento y limpieza, muy desagradable

El hotel muy limpio amabilidad en todo el personal solo que La fachada del hotel está descuidada y las habitaciones muy limpias pero le falta arreglar detalles como los cables de la electricidad se ven y se feo jejeje es mi opinión, todo es estilo colonial está bonito pero muy corriente en las habitaciones, no hay nevera por lo menos para mantener el agua fría por el calor que hace, cuidar los detalles es importante …. Great property

Very cute comfortable hotel in an easily accessible area. There are a couple of communal kitchens. My only complaint is that someone took my beverages that I purchased and stored in one of the refrigerators. I would have liked a mini fridge and a ceiling fan in the room.

Wonderful experience

Beautiful, calm and clean. Service was excellent, the room was spacious with a very good AC, the breakfast simple but filling, and the swimming pool in the courtyard was a godsend on the hot afternoons.

Las habitaciones son bastante simplonas, las almohadas son súper altas, no deberían de hacer figuras con las toallas y papel de baño. Los artículos de uso personal no deben ser manipulados. Estuve en la habitación 1, queda debajo de la cocina/comedor, el problema no es ese sino el poco respeto del personal de no hablar a gritos. Me despertaron.

Perfect location and great service - no complaints

I really liked staying here. The front desk is open 24 hours so you don't have to be worried about getting locked out. The staff were very kind and helpful; absolutely no complaints there. The room was a dream for me! A little bit more open to the elements than your average hotel room which I love. The location was superb as well, located in the Santa Ana neighborhood. There was a lot of stuff around the hotel itself, but it's also equidistant from the main plaza, Parque Santa Ana which I came to love, and the Paseo de Montejo. The location was perfect. I recommend the restaurant Dzalbay basically across the street - they have live music on weekdays, good food, and an excellent bartender. They provide little hotel bottles of shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and also bars of soap. I liked that the soap was wrapped in a paper-like substance rather than plastic. They have a system for if you want new towels so you can help cut down on water usage if you want. The hot water worked fine as well as the AC in my room. They also provide you with 2 bottles of water. In my room there were two doors that opened French-style to the outside (like a small balcony but not big enough to sit out there I don't think) which I loved. There are mosquito nets on the windows so you also can just open the windows for a breeze. Breakfast is out by the pool in the mornings and is yogurt, a little granola, fruit, toasted white bread, butter/jam, juice, and coffee.

Magnifique hotel Hacienda

Superbe séjour de 2 nuits dans ce petit paradis. Propreté des lieux, petit déjeuner agréable au bord de la piscine. Literie très confortable. On se sent dans une vraie hacienda Mexicaine, c'est pittoresque mais très confortable. Personnel accueillant, sourire et respect. Parking possible à 5mn à pieds pour 100 pesos / jour (parking clos). L'hotel est très bien situé à 10mn à pieds de la place Santa Lucia où je recommande de prendre un verre et un guacamole au restaurant Bryan's in the park (ils préparent le guacamole devant vous , cours de cuisine mexicaine), et vous pouvez prendre une fajita au poulet pour 2 personnes tellement c'est copieux.
