「THE PROPERTY WAS VERY CLEAN AND NICE. THE BIG PROBLEM WAS , THAT THE UNIT WAS ON THE 4TH FLOOR OF COMPLEX WITH NO ELEVATOR...THIS WAS NOT STATED. YOU NEEDED TO BE IN VERY GOOD SHAPE TO HIKE UP 48 STAIRS WITH LUGGAGE, GROCERIES AND SKIS. ONCE AGAIN, THIS WAS NOT STATED!」

「The Snowmass Villas exceeded my expectations. Clean, roomy, quiet and conveniently located. Bus stop right in front of property. Staff were knowledgable and friendly. There is a free Van service to local areas including the airport. Will stay again in the future. 」

「Cute little cabin! Nice quiet area. Everything we needed for cooking available. Bathroom Sink drained a bit slowly. Check in and Check out super easy. My kids thought it was a fun little adventure!」

「We had a great experience. Host had great communication. The condo was nice. The location was incredibly convenient. It's roughly 100 feet from the lift, 30 feet from Christy Sports for our rental gear(was great because we swapped out snowboards and skis a couple times during our stay), 50 feet from the restaurant, and less than 150 feet from the bus stop. Tubing is also very close. Great spot!」

「The apartment was spotless and very well equipped. The manager responded quickly when we requested sheets for the sofabed and a couple of extra towels, which was greatly appreciated. The only suggestion would be to have more ice trays, but overall, it was an excellent stay.」

「W dry one at front desk was warm, welcoming and gracious. All had knowledge of the area and were delighted to assist if needed with pointers to make our stay exceptional. Drena was tops and Kyle the manager never stopped making sure the facility is great shape. Rooms are well decorated, spacious and quiet. Wonderful spot for peace but close to all beaver creek has to offer. Stayed with family on ski vacation. Having 3 full baths in 2 bedroom condo with two 16 years boys was a total bonus. Great...

「From check-in to check-out, we couldn't have asked for a more perfect location and house for our 48th Winter Rendezvous (maybe one thing - that one of our group . The house is amazing and we had ample room for everyone! We especially loved the ski-in/ski-out (although if not an expert, it was a bit difficult) and having our own ski lockers! We even had a Pine Martin come visit us daily!member did not get hurt!)」

「Nice place. Little bit of a pain to get to the Ritz but the bus service was pretty good. Would stay again. 」

「Even though it was a guys’ trip, I’m a darn picky guy - I was not let down. We each had space to enjoy - no shoving four people per room with this unit. The kitchen was well stocked with enough cookware we could cook for the whole units’ worth of adult men pretty smoothly. Two living rooms worked out very well and a table big enough to play Uno Party and get the whole experience. Ski home off of Frank’s Fave, but just a small wall to American Eagle. Recommended. 」
