“This was a great place to stay for 3 days in Gili Tragwan. The location is on the other side of the island from the port so it was much more quiet than other areas. The food at the restaurant was very good. The Staff was amazing! Roy the bartender/ server did an excellent job serving us and definitely cares about the level of service he provides ! He remembered our names every time we saw him and if we needed anything he was quick to help. Overall a great experience at this hotel. Will book……

“The hotel ground is absolutely gorgeous. The staff is outstanding! The rooms need improvements: a lot of items we had to have it fixed after check in. They were eager to fix everything and please us. AC was weak throughout our stay. Bathtub/shower drain was very slow…rooms are very dark, gloomy. Overall is a very nice hotel. The pools, statues throughout property, restaurants all gorgeous.”

“great place to stay, some days breakfast orders took up to an hour to arrive ( so do it early if you are off diving!) and the only disappointment was that all the breakfast juices and smoothies were watered down which we haven’t encountered anywhere else. ”

“One of the best resorts/villas I’ve ever stayed in! Everything about this place is soo good. We stayed in the loft and it was amazing, dined at the restaurant which was amazing and spent a day just relaxing in the pool drinking and snacking overlooking the beach which was amazing. Staff were amazing and catered to all our needs. Can’t rate this place highly enough and can’t wait to go back.”
