“Very sweet place for short-term stay. Once on the island, owner was very communicative. The listing is accurate - if you want to cook meals, keep in mind that there is no stove, hot-plate, or toaster, so it worked for us for a weekend (although would have loved a toaster!) The only reason for the 4 stars on cleanliness was because there was a pair of socks from previous renter left in the bathroom, but otherwise clean! “Nice inn with comfortable and clean units. Not spectacular, but it's one of the few affordable places on the island. Some people might be put off by the location, a mile south of Oaks Bluff. But it's got Noman's, a great restaurant with live music, and it's right on the bus line. Also you can walk 15 minutes to the beach. Units not soundproof, you can here some noise from your neighbors. “This apartment was a great location to walk to the shops and restaurants in Oak Bluffs. We typically don't rent 1 bed/1 bath properties but we would rent this one again. “Normally, I rent a large house with two or three couples; but this year we decided to take a last minute trip to MV for the Labor Day (2024) weekend.
