“We had a great stay this weekend! Our room was clean, communication with the front desk staff was great, and there was a lot to do with the kids. We were pleasantly surprised with the water temps in the pool and water park- both were warm enough that the kids swam for hours! It’s a bit of a drive to any restaurant so we brought food to make in the room, which was fully stocked with all cooking needs. We will come back! ”

The listing is slightly misleading with it stating it sleeps 13 people..there are three queen sized air mattresses but only one pillow, one flat sheet and one queen sized blanket provided for each air mattress. Luckily I had several children with my group so using the old couch throw pillows wasn't a huge issue to make up for the lack of pillows. The listing also states there is a sofa bed but there isn't any bedding or pillow provided for the sofa (which isn't a pull……

“Great place in the small downtown of N Utica. Couldn't get a room at Starved Rock so we pivoted to here and were so glad. Much better than the rooms at SRSP. We ate at the Skoog's Pub right next door (it was New Years Eve and I was worried about noise - not an issue at all) and had coffee and a breakfast sandwich at a cute coffee shop across the street.
