「Let me start by saying this was my first trip ever to Memphis and I only googled five star hotels which is how I picked this location. And I could not be any less impressed, staff impeccable, very friendly, warm, courteous I've never been to a location where I did not need to ask for towels after day one we had enough towels that we had some we didn't even touch in the room, so I must say the accommodations for guest are beyond reproach. Great will return.!!!!」

「I liked the gym, and 2 room suite with kitchen. I didn’t like that there are no fans in the rooms and the carpet needs replacing throughout the property. The gym was too hot , again no thermostat, or fans. My room only cooled to an about 72 degrees. 」

「斜對角的flight restaurant 很高級也很好吃，但是這一區整體來說，感覺很不安全，走在街上怕怕的，因為有瘋子在街上一直自言自語，也有許多流浪漢，因此感覺很不安全。飯店整棟一整天都有聲音，不定時的出現像是在做工，又像是在搬傢俱，我們住在1001號房，恐怖的是半夜電視自己打開，而且很吵，我們睡到一半爬起來，遙控器在電視旁邊，因為從check in之後沒有人打開過電視，所以更覺得奇怪。房內有廚房及微波爐，可惜沒用到。早餐有自製waffles 可以現烤，旁邊有Starbucks 可以買。」

「We loved the suite we had, a bedroom with a kitchen / living room combo. It had a queen fold out bed. The location was convenient and the facility was nice. Breakfast was good, but only included a fried chicken patty for meat (no bacon or sausage). The biggest negative is high crime. Everyone we saw told us to empty our car and leave the door unlocked. The reason given were teenaged criminals who break into parked cars on a nightly basis. We did as instructed and nobody broke into our car....

「This hotel was lovely. Every one of the staff I encountered was friendly and helpful. We especially loved the young lady working the breakfast shift this Saturday morning. She was so friendly and kind. Food was delicious-we loved those beignets!! My son and I got in very late Friday night and were hit with incredibly loud music and talking when we arrived.
