Alice villa - 6 places - 2 large furnished gardens

Villa for rent in Torre dell’Orso, a seaside resort repeatedly awarded the Blue Flag of Europe. The house is recent and has been furnished with care and detail, making it the perfect solution to spend a peaceful relaxing holiday near one of the most beautiful beaches of Salento.

No security deposit is required!
The prices include cleaning and the consumption of water, gas and electricity!
Bed linen and towels on request: 12 euros per person.

The house is located in a quiet residential area a few steps from the center and about 800 meters from the sandy beach of Torre dell'Orso, it is adjacent to other terraced houses, and is located on the ground floor, arranged on one level .
It consists of a living room, kitchenette, two bedrooms (one double and one with two joinable flat beds) and bathroom with shower.
Externally it has a garden both on the front of the house and on the back, both of relevance and therefore for the exclusive use of guests. The front garden is large enough to allow up to 2 cars to park; the rear one is partly paved, partly cultivated with English lawn and tall trees, and partly covered by a beautiful wooden porch furnished with outdoor furniture for eating out.
The equipment of the villa in Torre dell'Orso are: air conditioning, 2 TVs (1 LED), DVD player, washing machine, iron, hairdryer, barbecue, ping-pong table, fridge, oven, pots and pans, as well as everything you need to tidy up your vacation home. The beds are 5 (also 6 with the sofa).
Minimarket, bar, tobacconist, restaurant, rotisserie, artisan ice cream shops, cafeteria, weekly market, 18-hole mini golf, football and beach volleyball pitches, games room and children's playground are also easily accessible on foot.
The sandy beach is both free and equipped with the possibility of renting umbrellas, sunbeds, deckchairs and pedal boats. The bathing establishments located along the sandy beach of Torre dell’Orso are well equipped with a garage, bar kiosk, cafeteria and tobacconist's.

Torre Dell Orso is a gem!
This villa is located well for access to some incredible beaches, although we found it a little far to walk and so paid €5 to park closer to the beach. The owners of the villa were welcoming and helpful, pointing us towards a great snorkelling beach for our son (San Foca). The villa itself was clean and the outside space really make it stand out. The huge outside space well outweighs the smaller internal space and provided a comfortable space for us to relax. The kitchen was small and dated, but met expectations. The only downside to this villa was the fact there is only 1 AC unit (located in the front room) which meant we had to sleep with the bedroom doors open, not ideal with teenagers! It was also occasionally noisy from Next door and above, especially early in the morning. Was this villa worth €1.4k for a week (plus linen and tax which was an extra charge)? Probably not, but we were able to overcome that with the beauty of the local area which we were able to explore in great lengths.

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer reinen Ferienhaussiedlung, die Anfang Mai beinahe nicht frequentiert war. Wir haben die Ruhe und private Atmosphäre sehr genossen. Besonders der Garten mit der guten Ausstattung um zu essen und relaxen.Man merkt an der liebevollen Einrichtung, dass das Haus auch von den Eigentümern genutzt wird.Die Küche ist winzig und etwas in die Jahre gekommen,aber akzeptabel. Der Strand ist wunderschön, wird aber von den Bars ziemlich beschallt. Das muss man mögen. Die Küste ist phänomenal und läd zu abwechslungsreichen Wanderungen ein. Otranto und Lecce sind lohnende Ziele für Kunsliebhaber und schnell zu erreichen. Badeurlauber finden in der Umgebung Strände,die an karibische Verhältnisse heranreichen. Massimo und Claudia haben uns freundlich und hilfsbereit aufgenommen.

location de la villa correspondant à ce que nous cherchions et à l'annonce , propriétaires très sympathique et arrangeants , réactifs par rapport à nos demandes , confiance réciproque sur les modalités de la location et remise des clès , un petit bémol sur la distance villa mer lègérement supérieure à ce qui est dit sur l'annonce mais qui se fait facilement pour de bons marcheurs ou en allant en voiture jusqu au premier parking le plus proche du centre ville de Torre dell'orso très agréable séjour avec une baie et une plage fantastique dont on a largement profité ( un autre petit bémol la plage est en grande partie privatisée par des siège couchette et parasols qu'il faut louer mais on a toujours réussi à trouver de la place sans passer par une plage privée )

Abbiamo soggiornato dal 19 al 26 agosto in questa bella e confortevole villetta. Il proprietario ci ha accolti calorosamente coccolandoci immediatamente con dei buonissimi pasticciotti e fornendoci spunti per la nostra vacanza in Salento. La casa é in una posizione favorevole per visitare sia le località della costa adriatica che quelle della costa ionica. Abbiamo apprezzato i giardini, i servizi e gli spazi interni. Grazie!!!

Villa Alice è un ottima soluzione per chi intende trascorrere le vacanze comodamente a Torre dell’Orso, a 15 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia, permette di parcheggiare comodamente la/e auto. Ideale anche per chi intenda spostarsi per visitare le varie spiagge del Salento Adriatico. La casa è estremamente funzionale e comoda, fantastici i due giardini presenti.

Wenn möglich wäre würde ich überall 10 Sterne lassen, wir waren 2 Erwachsene und 2 Hunde wir wurden so herzlich empfangen dass man sich gleich wohlfühlen musste, die Wohnung ist super und der Garten war mega schön alles sehr sauber und gepflegt wir fahren nächstes Jahr sicher wieder hin. Danke nochmals an Massimo und seiner Frau sie sind super tolle, herzliche Vermieter. Also nur zu empfehlen.

Une chance incroyable d’être tombé sur ce ptit bijou quelques jours avant notre arrivée. La maison est vraiment spacieuse, nous étions 2 mais loge facilement 6 personnes. Le grand jardin indépendant et clos, très bien entretenu et la grande terrasse avec salon de jardin et barbecue sont un véritable plus ! L’accueil de Massimo était très chaleureux. Procédures d’arrivée et de départ très simple !

Massimo est un hôte sympathique et à l’écoute. Séjour agréable dans une ville vivante, avec toutes les commodites. Le seul hic est que la maison était un peu plus loin de la mer que nous pensions. Maison correspondait au descriptif de l’annonce, jardin très agréable.

Un’oasi di pace e tranquillità
Una bellissima vacanza in famiglia, a pochi passi dalla stupenda spiaggia di Torre dell’Orso e a 3/4 km da quelle di San Foca e Sant’Andrea. La casa é ampia e dotata di tutto, ideale per una famiglia di 4 persone; il pezzo forte é il giardino interno: curatissimo, fresco e ventilato, ottimo per mangiare all’aperto e per un po’ di relax. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e molto disponibili. Speriamo di tornarci anche il prossimo anno.

Io lo consiglio vivamente, per chi desidera rilassarsi nel verde e godere del mare. Situata vicino i posti più belli dell'adriatico. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e amanti degli animali, cosa per me fondamentale avendo portato la mia cagnolina che ha potuto godere dei 2 giardini. Tutto top.

Soggiorno a Tprre dell'Orso
La nostra vacanza si è svolta nella settimana più caotica di agosto, ma tutto è andato bene perché la casa si trova in un zona tranquilla e si può godere della calma di un lgiardino interno molto piacevole. La casa è accoglente e dotata di tutto il necessario. Il proprietario ci ha accolto molto bene e ci è venuto a prendere nella piazza del paese. Noi siamo andati al mare a Santa Foca che dista qualche kilometro da Torre dell'Orso, ma anche la spiaggia locale è bellissima in un altro periodo dell' anno. Tutto bene dunque e buone cavanze.

La vacanza perfetta
La villetta é situata in una posizione strategica, vicina al mare che si raggiunge in un quarto d'ora a piedi e a pochi minuti dalle altre bellissime località, balneari e non, della zona. La casa è dotata di tutti i servizi utili per trascorrere una vacanza in pieno relax, le due camere da letto sono spaziose e dotate di armadi capienti. La villetta dispone di un giardino all'ingresso che consente di parcheggiare comodamente anche tre auto sebbene la zona sia molto tranquilla senza problemi di parcheggio.il giardino sul retro è il fiore all'occhiello della proprietà, un luogo fresco nel quale rilassarsi dopo una giornata di mare ed una grande risorsa per chi come noi viaggia con il proprio cane. Il nostro Gringo si è sentito a casa! Da sottolineare la cordialità dei proprietari che ci hanno accolti calorosamente offrendoci i famosi pasticciotti pugliesi e che ci hanno dato preziosi suggerimenti sui luoghi da visitare. Una vacanza speciale per noi e per il nostro Golden Retriever!!
