Bed was way too soft in the middle causing uncomfortable night. The walls had patch repairs looked very rough. Shower pressure was very low. Half a roll of toilet paper only supplied. Heating didn’t work. Parking was not very well marked out. Did not say anywhere that the hotel is situated right beside a local aerodrome and would be planes coming in and out from 7am in the morning. Feels like it could really do with a good spruce up to a better level of quality

I am extremely disappointed as I booked this property for the indoor pool and spa. When we went to use them it was locked. I called reception as they were closed and was told they don’t open it during winter. Perhaps advertise that it’s not open. I could have booked a more modern property for less than I paid for this place. Rooms are very outdated. PowerPoint in bathroom wasn’t even attached to the wall so the wires were showing. I wouldn’t stay here again

The room was tiny, bed & 2 seat couch were uncomfortable, no bedside table. Way over priced for what you get. It was clean, very old but clean and housekeeping ladies were lovely. Total disappointment in the room.

Room clean and roomy and bed comfortable. It is positioned next to the airport and near the antique centres. Room had no air conditioning and not much ventilation so had a poor sleep. It was a hot and humid day. Need to put in air conditioning and maybe a ceiling fan.
