I have a passion for the Sunshine State. My mission is to help travelers find and book the perfect vacation rental for their next visit to Florida. Whether it's a week long trip with your children, a romantic long weekend with your spouse, or a reunion on the beach with a large group of friends - Look no further this is the perfect vacation rental for you

You deserve time in the warm sunshine, swimming in the crystal clear waters, and getting away from all the stresses of home. If you already know where you’re headed to Melbourne, Florida, This 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms, Pool house with Private Hot Tub is just waiting for you. You won’t be disappointed.

This house is Beautifully furnished with a modern Zen Vibe. Private Pool in the back yard with plenty of pool accessories for lounging. Each room is fully furnished with its own style. The master is not available to guests (there are TWO other rooms available). You can comfortably sleep a maximum of 2 people per room in the other 2 bedrooms. Each bedroom has a queen size bed, TV, Ceiling fan and choices for all pillow types of sleepers. The house is located in Melbourne Florida. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by. 5 minutes from The Brevard Zoo and The Avenues of Veira. The air-force base and Beach is a 15 minute drive.
Kitchen is fully stocked & furnished with all the cooking supplies you need. Including a Keruig coffee maker. A natural gas Grill is also available as a cooking option. Washer and dryer available. Pool is conveniently located right in the backyard. Awesome MOVIE ROOM with over 100 movies to watch. As well, as reclining movie chairs. Very close to lots of local restaurants. Several gyms within a very short driving distance. The house is surrounded by lots of golf courses. If you love to golf this is the perfect place for you. If you don’t want to travel with your clubs. I have a Men’s Taylormade Pro set and Women’s Cobra set available to rent for your stay. You are one click away from your home away from home!!!! If you need a ride from the airport that can be arranged as well for a small fee. Nearby airports are Melbourne, Sanford and Orlando. Hope to see you soon.

Beautiful home and wonderful stay!
What a wonderful stay! The property is super clean and cozy and the backyard is dreamy, we had such a nice time. Brandi was an incredible host and super communicative (and even gave us a sweet welcome gift - a small stuffed animal for my toddler! So thoughtful!) Also the movie room is adorable and a great place to chill after a delightful day by the pool. Highly recommend!

Amazing house with all of the amenities!
Beautiful house. Pool and hot tub were perfect for morning and evening swims. Check in and out process were great. Close drive to beach and Orlando. Brandi was very responsive. Will definitely stay on her properties again!

Beautiful home in quite neighborhood!!
This property was amazing as well as our host, Brandi. She was in touch with me about a week out explaining things and again the day before on everything we needed! That was so appreciated to have that communication. The house is absolutely gorgeous and very well maintained and clean. It was a bit cold on our stay so the hot tub, games, and movie room got their use! It was nice to have those options on days the weather doesn't cooperate. For us the area was also a bonus, we wanted something on the quiet and relaxing side so this definitely checked those boxes. It's a little bit of drive to a few things but for us thats what we wanted and if we had any questions Brandi was super helpful!! We will definitely keep this property in mind for future stays!

Perfect for Space Coast Baseball Complex
We were in town for a tournament at Space Coast Baseball Complex. This property was 10 mins away. The movie room was a hit with my teens and I loved the fish tank. The owner was wonder to work with.

Awesome home for our family trip

The perfect place!
Not only was the location perfect (close to the zoo, beaches, rivers, many trails, and Kennedy Space Center) but this house is amazing. The pool was great. The theater room is amazing and great in the evenings and when it's raining. Cleanliness was great and you can tell it was a high priority. The owner communicated with us via text and was available if we had questions. No doubt we would stay here again!

Everything was wonderful. Property is peaceful and quiet. Amazingly traffic is light. Even while traveling to and from the beaches. Everything needed was short traveling distances. Would love to live in that area myself. Lots of things to do close to house. Host is exceptional. Looking forward to doing it again soon.

Perfect spot
This was the perfect spot for our honeymoon! The house is beautiful, and the back yard pool, hot tub, and seating was so fun. It is a very private yard and so quiet. Along with that it is an easy 20min drive to a super pretty and quiet beach. We went in late March. I would also recommend the shoppes mentioned in the welcome booklet (be sure to go in the early afternoon if you want places to be open). It was such a fun spot to walk around. Over all everything was great, and Brandi was very communicative!

It can be challenging to find a location and house that appeals to a family of 3 with a teenager. This location and home were the perfect fit. House was in great location, super clean, and very well appointed. Brandi, the owner was wonderful-would stay here again!

Time for relaxing after Disney!
Brandi was absolutely amazing, this experience with VRBO was easy because of her. She had the house set up perfectly, she even went out of her way to make all the rooms special for my kids and my wife and I. If you are looking for a place just to relax for a little bit while in Florida and want to be close to the beach 12-15 minutes, this is the house for you. I honestly could go on and on. If we are ever back in the area we will definitely rebook with Brandi. One of everyone’s main concerns is always cleanliness when you rent a house, this house is immaculate. We loved our stay!
