不满意:员工和服务
I did not check in on 5 March 2020 due to online technical error, as 1 lived in another hotel on 5 March. So 5 March 2020 is wrongly booked. I did not know the hotel sent message to me on 5 March 2020.
As i did not occupy this hotel room on 5 March 2020, this unconsumed services fee should be refunded to me.
The hotel is better not on a strong state at the lossing expenses of customer which is something belong to unfairly trading. And the hotel is depressing the image of Australia from a tourist, simply arguing a small amount money.
