Nestled next to Chinamans Reserve looking towards Arthurs Seat, and across the road from Capel Sound Foreshore, you can't beat this location and outlook.
Stunning sunrises every morning from the front bedroom and living area.
If it’s tranquillity and bird watching you enjoy, step out onto the generous deck.
At sunset, grab a bottle of wine and head over to watch the sun go down over the water each night.

Two generous size bedrooms with really comfortable Queen beds in both, new linen and bedding. Dressing Gowns provided.

Relaxing beach getaway
Beautiful beachfront appartment, home from home everything you need for a relaxing stay. Spacious, beautifully presented appartment close to shops and restaurants with bus stop outside. Lovely apartment, handy to everything!
Leigh’s place was squeaky clean, super well stocked, and very pleasant. The weather turned miserable during our stay, so it was a wonderful place to hunker down for a couple of days. We love to cook, and the kitchen was very well equipped, so we easily whipped up a few meals. There are plenty of restaurants nearby if you like eat out, and we enjoyed the local beaches. Leigh was an attentive host, checking in now and again, and was lovely to deal with. Highly recommended if you’re heading to the Monington Peninsula!

An outstanding apartment with fabulous hosts. Close to everything we needed, including shops, restaurants and central to every local attraction you can think of. Leigh and Rob provided everything we needed, especially clear directions, access instructions and an apartment with all the mod cons. The beds were so comfortable :-) Can't wait to get back.

Nice apartment in the middle of the peninsula. Close to supermarkets and short drive to good restaurant options. Spacious with good facilities such as kitchen utensils and TV, games etc. not quite the aspect we were expecting but not many places on this end of the peninsula have close proximity to the beach or beach views due to the road and the foreshore camping sites. Rosebud is ok, but Mornington and Serento are nicer towns. Owners very helpful and communicate a lot so you can’t go wrong in accessing the property, car park or local food options.

Perfect in every way
Friends from Sydney down for a week in Victoria. Capel Sound was fabulous. Loved the beach vibe of the unit and was so central to all our needs. Cannot say enough good with regards to our stay at Capel Sound. The Apartment had everything that we needed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The beach was beautiful and only a short walk away, restaurants and shopping also close by. Our hosts were very nice and easy to deal with, would definitely come back again.

The apartment was great , very clean , extras provided . We enjoyed the wine. Thanks. However the key process was a bit awkward , underground carpark was really only suitable for small cars ( would not have liked parking there in busy summer times) . A suggestion for addition to info supplied is location of rubbish bins in underground car park .It was a hunt to find them. Being more elderly we were concerned with the number of potentially slippery steps to the arpartment . It did rain during our stay.
