“river view room was nice. But hotel restaurant was terrible and there's no any other choice beside.”

“これはホテルが悪いわけではなくエクスペディアに問題がある。朝食付きを予約したがチェックインすると朝食はついていないと言われた。 確かにホテル側の予約表を見ると朝食は無い仕様となっている。しかし自分の旅程の内容は朝食付きになっている。これを説明したところ、フロントも渋々朝食を付けてくれた。 その後、シャワーの温度が上がらず、ベットと枕は臭いが強い。テンションが下がった。”

“L'évacuation de la baignoire se déverse directement dans la salle de bain. La condensation de la clim coule directement sur le lit. Nous l'avons déplacé et avons retrouvé une très grande flaque d'eau le lendemain matin au milieu de la chambre. Pas de draps de dessus, il y a un manque d'hygiène au regard des couvertures que tous les clients utilisent. Enfin, la porte ferme tout juste, laissant un sentiment d'insécurité. L'hôtel est certes proche d'un Mall, mais il reste dans un endroit mal……
