“My flight arrived 4 hours earlier than planned, so I got to the hotel before the check-in time. One staff member noticed I was struggling and kindly offered to help. She checked if a room was available and let me check in an hour early. The service was excellent, the neighborhood was safe, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again!”
