My only complaints were that they don’t heat the pool, our room was not ready at check in time and one staff member thought it was a good idea to talk down another in front of us. It’s very basic in its services - you have to carry your bags up to the room (no lift), cleaning seems to be minimum and there is no front desk, just an unfriendly barman at the bar of the hotel.
