“A beautiful house in a fantastic location within walking distance of restaurants and coffee shops. The house is perfect for large groups. Only criticism is that the outdoor furniture needs replacing and the first floor bedroom needs curtains or blinds on the patio door. Apart from that no complaints, only complements.”

“La maison a beaucoup de potentiel, mais un peu sous exploité. Les lits et l'ameublement des chambres est très moyen. La maison peut accueillir plusieurs personnes mais la vaisselle et les ustensiles de cuisine sont de très faible qualité et en très petite quantité. Le lave vaisselle est brisé donc on doit faire la vaisselle à la main. Matelas sur le sol dans une des chambre et on doit trouver la literie dans le chaos du walk-in de la chambre des maîtres. Maison magnifique, avec un potentiel……

“Fabulous home and service. My family and I had the most amazing time at this Hollywood Hills estate. The location was perfect, with stunning views of LA and the Chateau Marmont. I couldn't get over how close we were to the Chateau Marmont. The pool and hot tub were a treat at night to relax and view at the LA downtown views. The host communicated very well with us when we had any questions. We had to ask the host to turn on the hot tub remotely we wanted to use it and they were very responsive……

“The drive was amazing and the scenery was beautiful. The property owner did respond to our emails in a quick manner but we had to reach out to get instructions the day of our trip. Advance instructions is just my preference. The entrance instructions were very clear but I was not aware when I booked that we were walking down and up stairs to get to our room in the back of the house. We stayed in our room area for sleeping and it was very comfortable. I loved the beds, the space and the room……
