“This cabin is incredible. The attention to detail is extraordinary. It was amazingly well stocked with everything we needed and the decor and furnishings were utterly beautiful. The surroundings were serene and views from the porch were stunning. The hosts were a pleasure to work with. Check in and out was very easy. I highly recommend this property. ”

“Special property… have stayed in others but this is tops”

“Four sisters from Montana, Houston, Atlanta and Floyd - and we enjoyed a long weekend with the leaves changing, fun in Floyd and driving the Blue Ridge Pkwy! The property was gorgeous and we had had plenty of room! The sunrises in the back were picture perfect- the kitchen was well outfitted, spotless! We hope to return! ”

“This was a lovely little stay for us. We were traveling with our dog, so we needed somewhere to accommodate us. I would say this place is a bit more pet tolerant than pet friendly, but we were able to make it work. It was clean, efficient, and cute to boot. As others said, the stairs are a bit steeper than expected, but not unmanageable. ”

“My partner and I loved the privacy of this location, and how little light and sound pollution there was! It was very cold in December while we were there, but there were blankets for us to use, and the bed was incredible comfortable. A wonderful stay!”

“Cabin was perfect for our Christmas getaway.From the homey feeling we got when we walked thru the front door our family felt right at home. So much so that our granddaughter was sad to have to leave when we checked out. The cabin Is very spacious and it had everything that we needed for a perfect stay. Would love to go back sometime. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to stay in a relaxing environment.”

“This was a mini version log cabin of our parents place in Lowgap, NC….warm, easy, welcoming! Easy to Lowgap and a visit to familiar places and faces. The Autum Leaves craft festival in Mount Airy was amazing. Recommend the location and management company.”

“It was a great property and the location was great close to hanging rock national park. The hot tub was great after the walking we did at hanging rock.”

“The home is so inviting, comfy and full of history. The water is mesmerizing and tranquil. The area is surrounded by majestic mountains, walking trails that lead to serene waterfalls and an abundance of wildlife. It is like stepping into a little piece of heaven!”

“Stayed here for a week with 5 adults, 2 dogs and 4 kids. It was perfect. A really magical place to bring family together. ”
