“We stay at a lot of VRBO's and AriBnB's and this was by far one of the nicest, cleanest, well stocked places we have ever been. They have thought of everything as the kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need. The pictures don't do justice. We went for Thanksgiving and also celebrated Christmas as well with our 6 kids and grandchildren. They went over and above and put up a Christmas tree for us so we could celebrate with our kids. “We came to town for a baseball tournament out of Dandridge. We were less than 30 minutes from the ball field making it super nice. Our family enjoyed the pool most days before and after our long, hot games! We were able to squeeze in Splash Country one day which was a reasonable commute”

“We hiked up to Tri-State Peak and had a fun time just being together with family. Lots of time for board games and sitting around the fire pit enjoying s’mores. Only issue was with overflowing and overturned garbage can. Host responded quickly and trash was picked up off ground but can remained full from previous guests so we had to keep our trash inside. ”

Easy check-in and check-out process. On the very end of a road in a nice neighborhood so it felt very secluded and safe. ”
