“Towel heater did not work. Apparently renovations done did not re-connect the hot water pipe that feeds the towel bar. The front desk sent the maintenance man three times. It wasn't until we were in the room when the nice maintenance man came and explained the problem.”

“This has got to be the cleanest, most well maintained, most friendly hotel I have ever been too. There's not a spot of dirt or dust anywhere. No cracked or broken tiles or stained grout. And everyone, without exception, has a genuine smile for you. The spa was great. The food in the restaurant well presented, tasty and reasonably priced. Just one niggle. I avoid places that add their own service charge, which this restaurant does. I hadn't seen it mentioned anywhere prior. It leaves you……

“We hebben een prima verblijf gehad in dit hotel. Goede kamer voor ons vijven, wel 1 kamer gesplitst door een half open wand. Vriendelijk personeel. Prima ontbijt. En openbaar vervoer, bus, dichtbij.”

“The hotel was nice! Friendly staff and a nice breakfast! The only thing is we had a room on floor 1 which we didn’t realise was going to be underground and it had no window! We wouldn’t have minded if we knew this could be a possibility, it was just a shock when we got there! ”
