“We very much enjoyed our long weekend here. The kitchen items were somewhat limited, but we managed to cook a lovely breakfast while there and enjoyed several meals at the house. It was a warm and welcoming environment, and we’d gladly stay again. Street parking was somewhat of a challenge when we arrived late at night, but it all worked out.”

“Really beautiful property in historic south side, lots of space and comfortable with full kitchen and full bath. Owner was very easy to communicate with and answered messages immediately. the downstairs unit is quite loud since you can hear every footstep in the upstairs unit but other than that the neighborhood is very quiet, neighbors all waved and were friendly.”

“ Clean. Photos mostly true to life, clean towels were stacked on hamper for dirty linen in kitchen. Cold and unwelcoming. Parking instructions unclear, right from what? Left from what? You could add a diagram under check in instructions to show how people should park. Security pad too complicated with no instructions in check in,only the numbers. I wasn’t sure which door to enter or how to use security pad. The unit was not labeled with a number. Manager/owner was a little bit rude when……

“The front room couch was dirty, there was a room ac in the front room which was filthy. The bathroom shower curtain had unidentifiable stains and there was a rug curled up on side which was a tripping hazard. ”

“The stay itself was amazing. The house is very clean and the host TK made sure that we were comfortable and safe. Starting from checking into the property till the day we left, the host was very accomodating, friendly and clearly communicated on all aspects - rules of the house, ammenities, safety as well as gave recommendations on what to explore in Chicago. The neighborhood was okay but the house itself was extremely clean and all ameneties provided in the house was everything that we were……
