“1. Check-in after, I need to walk to another building and have stepped up to the elevator, my room on 3/F. Uncomfortable for me. 2. TV. hair dryer is broken. The kettle needs to ask for reception, but she said "No guarantee should be provided", finally the next day I had it. 3. The door lock is broken, I feel insecure. 4. Comfortable environment.”

“Great location. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish. The breakfast was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.”

“The Reception replied that they only provide water bottles and coffee , tea bags...ect for the first day stay ..if you stay a bit longer you have to prepare by yourself. The room without Kettle except coffee machine. I got the experience even though you put confirmed by the machine that you need to clean daily and put the cleaning requirement sign at the door, they still didn't clean the room until we back at 5:15pm....and the reception said they would come to clean but we all there already...”

“The hotel location is great, which is 5-7mins walk from the central station. 10mins walking distance to all sites in the city. Hotel has nice inner design and you’d love it when you walk in the hotel, a place where you may want to stay leisurely and lazily in the hotel more than visiting the site. It was a pleasant surprise when you entre the room, with the comfort space you need for travelers for everything. Nice and clean, simple but with a good taste in terms of inner design. Excellent!”
