“Great location and very roomy. Lovely home and decor. Have stayed before. The AC upstairs was not cooling as we would have liked. Previous stay had no AC issues. We would probably stay again as consider this a one off. ”

“Overall we had a great time. Definitely will be back. Location was great. Covered parking was a plus. The view was amazing. The condo had everything we needed. There is renovations going on during the week so it's a little busy. The only thing was the elevator not working at the time. So we had to carry our things up the hot stairs.”

“This property is so cute! I loved it here. The balcony has an amazing view of the ocean. This property has its own access to the beach anytime of day or night. It is walking distance. Even though there is construction going on, you don’t hear it at all. As of right now there is no elevators so you do have to walk up stairs to get to the property. The owner was amazing. They set out a binder with food and activities in the area. Even had menus inside of it! Definitely made my trip so much easier.……

“Our stay was great. The layout of the condo was perfect for our 15 month old to get all of her steps in without getting into anything she wasn’t supposed to. We enjoyed the view of the beach from the patio and loved how close we were to the aquarium and the Lexington! The only bummer, which is not in the control of the owner of the condo, is that the elevator was not working in our building. Not much anyone can do about that unfortunately but again, nothing to do with the condo itself! Thank you……

“We had three adults and one 6 yr old. Plenty of space and location was perfect for our 2 night stay. Everything was in great condition in the bungalow. Outside there was maintenance work and things being done which doesn’t bother us. Great communication and very helpful for us!”

“We held a business retreat here for the family business. It was very comfortable. The weather was too humid to enjoy the lovely back porch unfortunately. It was located within 10 minute drive to our favorite restaurants so we were very happy with the location. It served our needs perfectly at a great price.”

“There was a tropical storm Alber came in and a lot of flooding onto the property parking lot. The roads were closed and we were unable to get in or out. I informed staff that we were needing to leave in the event of an emergency And they tried moving us to Rockport which had even MORE flooding!! We were unable to get a refund so basically had to wait it out. Long story short be sure if there is any chance of a storm coming in to cancel otherwise it will be severely flooded in! ”
