Pleasant Stay
The house is older with sparse lighting in the bedrooms/breakfast room & issues with some of the pull down shades, but clean and equipped with all the comforts of home. My husband and I spent the week of Thanksgiving there with our 2 adult children and their families (totaling 6 adults and 2 children under the age of 2). We were happy to see the high chair and so many toddler toys there for our use, and the big chalkboard in the pink room was a fun surprise too! The community work out room was a great option since it was so cold, and we all loved using the fireplace! Communications back and forth with Yvonne were top notch through the entire process. Overall it was a pleasant stay and we would stay here again in the future.

Home away from home!
Our family of 5 instantly felt at home in this lovely location! The neighborhood is large, but quiet and friendly, and we enjoyed walking along the trails and using the backyard fire pit. We have family in the area and will definitely keep this property in mind for longer stays over the holidays.

This was our 2nd time staying in Yvonne home and we love it every time! The neighborhood is quiet and child friendly and is an amazing location in Canton. Yvonne is extremely accommodating and always has great/ helpful/ swift communication. I homeschool my 4 small children and the house was a great space for us. The kitchen is FULLY stocked with everything you could need and more. I always look for her home when we are traveling to Canton and would choose this home 100 times over any other home in the area.

The home's open floorplan and 4 bedrooms upstairs allowed our family of 8 adults (parents and 20-somethings) room to relax and hang out as we were in the area for our daughter's wedding. It allowed us to come and go as we had different needs and timelines for all involved. Knowing we'd be there for 3 nights, we knew it would be so much better than hanging out in a hotel room. The home was situated in a quiet subdivision. A few negatives that need the owner's attention it overgrown landscaping. It was very difficult to navigate the rear entrance along an overgrown path. I tripped over a water sprinkler left in the middle of the walkway. The overgrown landscape overhung the front sidewalk and driveway as well. It had rained and all was wet and brushed against you as you tried to enter the home. The landscape has a lovely choice of plants, but just needs a lot of pruning and weeding. The overgrowth on the driveway only allowed us to park one vehicle in the driveway as well. My other complaint was the bedding. The master bedroom had a huge bed and huge walk in closet, Very nice. However, there were 4 baskets overflowing with bedding in the closet. I believe they were clean, but wondered why they would not be folded and put away. Then getting into the master bed, I felt a texture against my legs. I thought it was the texture of the duvet on top. Oh, no, it was a smooth covered duvet. What I was feeling was the wrinkles of the most wrinkles/d top sheet I have ever seen. These wrinkles were so set, that I tried to wash and dry them again to release them, and I was only able to remove a few. I believe the sheets are not of high enough quality to prevent this as well as storing them in laundry baskets until places/d on the bed does not help. This detail needs addressed right away. The owner communicated very nicely with me and also allowed us to have an additional 4 hours on Sunday, granting us a late check out. That was so much appreciated. Overall the home served us well and is great for a family wanting to hang out together. Plenty of room with 2 separate dining and sitting areas.

Spacious and great location
The home is very spacious with well appointed features. The patio and fire pit are a bonus! We found the open floor plan of the downstairs advantageous with plenty of room for the family to be close without being on top of each other. Beds are amazingly comfortable. Location was close to everything we needed. An excellent spot for a getaway.
