Tessa's Holiday is a charming chalet nestled in a garden-terrace overlooking Capri,
surrounded by the beautiful waters of the Gulf of Sorrento.
It 'just been renovated and has a bedroom, a bathroom and a spacious living room with kitchenette. Easily accommodates 4 Guests will enjoy an outdoor patio and a furnished garden with hammocks, outdoor shower and gazebo typical of the Sorrento coast. It equipped with air conditioning, winter heating and internet access with wi fi.
The bed is oriented on Capri, which in the summer evenings, with the window open will be the stage to the dreams of his guests.
With parking inside, Tessa's Holiday, allows parking of Free 1 car. The house is built on strips of land of the famous Sorrento Coast, it seems to be confused with nature as if not wanting to undermine the beauty, blending olive groves and gardens. You access Tessa's Holiday crossing a paved garden which leads to a terrace where sun, sky and sea will rock your stay, making it unique and special. Having no architectural barriers and having an access plan is also suitable for people with disabilities.
Lean from the terrace you can admire the cliffs and the clear sea under your eyes, the sound of frothy waves will break on the rocks and the scent of the sea will merge with that of the lemons of this wonderful garden.
Tessa's Holiday you can easily reach the sea, even walking through the olive grove, and the quaint fishing village, to reach the dock where several restaurants cook freshly caught fish, and where you can take advantage of the services that the small marina offers such as boats that every day take visitors to Capri in a few minutes, or a goiter or rent a boat and head along the coast visiting the many bays and and caves. Tessa's Holiday is 500 meters from the center of Massa Lubrense, where you will find supermarkets, tourist office, shops.
Massalubrense is in a strategic position to reach many points of interest: Sorrento, Amalfi and Positano are just a few kilometers, Capri, Ischia and Procida easily reached by hydrofoil from Sorrento. Pompeii, Herculaneum and the charming Vesuvio are perfectly connected with the Circumvesuviana train that departs from Sorrento. The latter is only 6 km. (10 minutes drive) Positano 12 km,
In the main square you can take a number of means of transport, linking Massa Lubrense with the Amalfi Coast (Positano, Amalfi, Ravello) or Sorrento, Naples, Pompeii, Herculaneum and Mount Vesuvius.

Hidden gem
The location of this property is set up on the side of a mountain with the most spectacular view of the sea, Capri, Mt. Vesuvius, etc. The grounds were so lovely- it was a true island escape. The location to town was fantastic- the walk was a bit steep, but literally everything you need was right there. The host was gracious and helpful.

Great Location
This property is very well situated in Massa Lubrense away from the crowded craziness of Sorrento. The interior space is comfortable, and the large outdoor lemon garden space affords spectacular mid-day and sunset views of the coast, Ischia, and Capri. Having private parking was also a valuable plus as was very close proximity to Della Lobra Marina which meant easy access to water transport around the Sorrento/Amalfi/Capri area.

Way better than pics!
Overall excellent stay with great views! Sunset is right on the massive balcony (it is shared with other renters but so big no prob.) Apartment itself is so roomy and everything you need. Great AC which is something you do not find in a lot of places in Italy. Only downside for us was we weren’t sent exact house address so it was a bit stressful checking in. Still would absolutely stay again & highly recommend. Just get the exact address first not just the road. Patrizia & Angela were so so nice and make your stay exactly what you need.

A Perfect Experience
We just spent two weeks in this beautiful place. The pictures do not do it justice. It is magnificent. Patrizia, the hostess, and her entire staff were amazing. She arranged tours for us and recommended the best restaurants which we indulged in over and over again. The location is perfect and the accommodations were beautiful. We cannot say enough about this listing. We cannot wait to go back again.

fin modtagelse men udlejer rejste dagen efter ankomst væk i 3 dage. Der var ingen rengøring, ingen nyt ren sengetøj og håndklæder. 2 ruller toiletpapir til hele ugen. Stedet ligger langt fra vandet selvom det på billederne giver indtryk af noget andet. Fin parkeringsmulighed for bilen. Køkkenet var fint udstyret. prisen er for høj sammenlignet med andre muligheder i området. På grund af afstanden til ordentlig badestrand savnede man i den grad en pool.

Lemon tree garden
Loved everything about it! The Owner was a gracious hostess really. She plan one of one of our days made all the reservations. It was the perfect day! We love our place so much it was hard to leave it to go site seeing! The views are gorgeous! It looked to good to b true on line! When we got there it was everything she said it was! Public transportation is very good from her home but If you Decide to drive there is very good parking.... LOVED IT!!!!

This is a must stay!!
This property was everything we hoped for and more. From the amenities inside to the views from the patio, there was no place else that we could of stayed that could of provided a better experience. Patrizia met us with Processco and left us with memories of a lifetime. Property was updated, very clean, and provided everything we needed. The walks to the town square were unbelievable and the charm from the recommended places to visit were beyond our expectations. Capri island and Sorrento were within a short boat and bus ride that was easy to access. Patrizia gave us the best contacts for the excursions to Capri and the Amalfi coast, and was always available to answer our questions or needs. Oh did I mention free parking for your vehicle on the property if needed!! Cocktails watching the sunset on the patio with Capri in view was spectacular. Massa Lubrensa is a beautiful area to be a part of tucked in the hills, offering charm and friendly service. From the florist to the lady who made my wife's sandals, to the church bells ringing in the square, and the incredible food and service from the family owned Grace bar and restaurant. We ate there four times! If we ever have the opportunity to return to the area we would without question stay here once again. Ciao!!

Beautiful Setting and Gracious Host
The apartment overlooks the Bay of Naples and Capri. It is very clean and well stocked for a nice stay and you cannot beat the view - especially at sunset. The owner is quite lovely and helpful - arranging trips to the Almafi Coast and even sharing her Sunday ragu with us. Masa Lubrense is a small community outside of Sorrento - a good home base from which to explore the area.

The property was nice but payment problems with Homeaway
The property has a beautiful view and is away from the touristy areas but easy to get to them if you have a car or take the bus just up the street. There are nice restaurants within walking distance and the marina is close by as well with access to sightseeing ferries to Capri or Amalfi Coast. A car is recommended and day trips to Naples, Pompei, the Paestum Greek ruins, Positano etc. which are all easy to do from here. As long as the terms are to pay in full at booking time with Homeaway's full guarantee, this property is great. Unfortunately, of all the places we booked through Homeaway et al, this was the only one that didn't ask for full payment upfront. We received reminders a few days ahead from Homeaway to pay the balance, so we paid on our credit card and received a receipt confirmation from Homeaway. Upon arrival, the hostess wanted us to pay the balance again in cash saying that she has a special contract with Homeaway. I showed her the receipt and there was a bunch of unsettling drama leaving us both calling Homeaway and in our case we have since received a $150+ phone bill for all the failed overseas calls related to this mess. Eventually someone at Homeaway confirmed to the hostess that the money was received and she just had to accept it, so she apologized to us although she was still mad at Homeaway. (We knew nothing of any special cash only arrangements, and we wouldn't have booked there if we'd known that as there would be no proof of payment or protection for us). Everything was fine for the next 4 nights, but then on the last night she called saying that Homeaway is saying they don't have the money any more(?!). Once again we spent two hours on phone calls overseas to Homeaway which kept getting cut off. Furious, we just paid cash so we could go for dinner before the restaurants closed as the stores already had. Two evenings were ruined because of the strange payment issue, and sadly that is what we most remember of this stay.

Highly recommended!
My husband and I spent a week in Patrizia’s apartment (better described as a little cottage) and we really enjoyed it. We found it to be well furnished with everything that we needed and many things that one doesn’t always find in Italy, such as screens on all the windows, excellent lighting, a shower with plenty of hot water, and one of the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept in. We spent many hours sitting in the garden enjoying the wonderful view of Capri and Ischia. The location is excellent; away from the crowds and chaos of Sorrento, but only a short walk into Massa Lubrense where there are restaurants, a grocery store, banks, and a convenient bus to Sorrento. Directly below the cottage is Marina della Lobra, with its restaurants on the sea where one can enjoy fresh fish. Patrizia made us feel instantly at home and was more than happy to do whatever she could to make our stay enjoyable, such as arranging a boat tour to Capri. We are looking forward to returning some day!

Well furnished to a high standard and attention to detail
The property is clean, well furnished with nice gardens and fantastic views. Modern interior, good air conditioning and a great bathroom. The host is most helpful if you need it but otherwise non intrusive. Highly recommended
