“My husband and I arrived it was easy check in. Place was very clean, nice fireplace (gas) and bed was comfortable. Location was great walking distance to the a lot. Park is limited so you may have to park across the street. ( you are given a parking pass for it) ”

“Location was great. So close to the National park entrance and away from all the huge crowds in Estes Park. Even with the entrance construction on the Falls River park entrance, it was still much easier entering the park.”

“Weekend getaway with friends and family. The condo was in such a good location that we were able to walk everywhere to explore the town to shop, drink and eat. The property was perfect for us offering us a centrally located home base with plenty of beds and space.”

“The apartment was very clean when we checked in and had all the amenities that we needed. We didn't do any cooking during our short stay, but it did appear to be well stocked if you did want to cook. There was coffee and creamer available when we arrived and it was enough for about 3 days, depending on how big a coffee drinker you are. Biggest draw for this apartment was the location. It is absolutely perfect! Located on the west end of town with large picture windows overlooking Elkhorn Drive,……

“I don't even know where to start! Everything about this house was perfect! They literally thought of everything, just unpack your suitcase & enjoy this gorgeous town! The location couldn't be any better. I loved how close we were to RMNP, downtown, Ymca of the Rockies, and everything else,...but also out of the main area so it felt private & secluded. literally just a 8-10 min drive to all these locations.The views are breathtaking, and everything was very clean! We gave the downstairs master……

“The Art Loft was a cute and cozy condo with a well appointed kitchen for all of your cooking needs. We stayed during the off season (mid-November) so we had lovely views off downtown Estes Park’s beautiful Christmas/Holiday decorations without the usual summer traffic. Sadly, it was too cold for us to enjoy the deck overlooking Elkhorn, Estes’ Main Street, but the view of Twin Owls was a wonderful way to start each day. Smaller families and couples looking for an alternative to hotels and motels……

“Went up for a weekend in Estes Park and this property was perfect. It has a full kitchen and two bathrooms, which is very comfortable. Hot tub on deck was clean and well kept. Above the river, but the sound of the river can be heard very well from deck and living room. Check in/ out was very easy. Will stay here again.”

“This is a lovely home with lots of space and a great deck for mountain viewing. The Stanley is a 5 minute walk and RMNP is 20 minutes away. There's a large comfy family room upstairs and a dining room table that fits 8. Our friends loved the deck where we could watch the sunrise with coffee and the sun set with cocktails. I had a few questions ahead of time which the host promptly got back to me. They were also flexible with the clean up requirements as we had to leave early for the airport.……
