“The ROKU TV for TV entertainment is unacceptable. The front desk clerk actually had to sign into his private Spectrum account so we could watch network TV. Also, having to pay a premium cost for coffee and tea is unacceptable. We probably won’t stay there again for our yearly visit to Rockland. ”

“For a small cottage it was spacious, had modern amenities. The listing says harbor view but you have to look thru power lines, power poles and a lobster processing plant. The side stone steps are overgrown with vegetation making it hard to maneuver. All in all a good experience.”

“The staff was super friendly and I did get an upgraded room with a beautiful view of Rockland Harbor but the reading lights and outlets did not work truly not an issue since I was only there one night.
