Perched on the 2nd floor, this 65 m² apartment, accessible by staircase, can accommodate up to 4 people. The interior features a living space flooded with light, thanks to large bay windows revealing the ocean as far as the eye can see.
The accommodation includes :
- a comfortable lounge area,
- a 5m² balcony with breathtaking sea views,
- open-plan kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
- one bedroom with queen-size bed (160cm),
- a second bedroom with a pull-out double bed and desk area,
- bathroom with walk-in shower,
- separate WC,

- parking space (the garage is quite small and cannot accommodate saloons, 4x4s and SUVs). The accommodation does not have air conditioning.
As the dwelling is located in a cul-de-sac, parking may be more difficult, as large vehicles will not be able to get through.
