Chambre agréable mais odeur parfois de remontées d’égout. Animateurs et animatrices très compétents et serviables. Repas délicieux surtout les tajines et les œufs le matin. Attention il faut une caution à chaque emprunt de matériel : 100 dirhams matériel ping pong, 400 dirhams matériel de tennis… et ces activités ne sont disponibles que de 10h à 12h et de 15h à 17h30. Spectacles du soir très qualitatifs. Un merveilleux séjour en famille!

Loved everything! Food was excellent and such a great choice for all sorts of tastes! Lovely staff at the waterpark and in the restaurant. Not crowded this time of the year so the kids had a lot of fun on slides with no queues at all! Visit to Marakesh Medina is also worth it!

We booked the holiday for five days and four nights ,when we arrived to the hotel at around 12pm there were not any drinks or snacks available in the reception when we asked for lunch they said we should pay £15 each which was unfair as we had booked an all inclusive and they said we have to stay at the reception until 3pm our check in. outside of the entrance the hotel there was a drainage leak which had quite a bad smell .The food was good but same most days . In the room there was no coffee or kettle was provided in our rooms. However the aqua park and the swimming pools are very good and big . From evening to night there was entertainment which was very interesting .

Friendly helpful staff. I don't think there is need to clean the floors so much. Was worried about falling. And no need to clean floor during meal time but I can see why. Food was so good and varied. Great activities for everyone..pool maybe to be a bit warmer in colder months. Will highly recommend and return.
