Un prix très élevé par rapport à la qualité des prestations. Ce pourrait être un beau complexe mais la vétusté commence à se faire ressentir. Restauration de mauvaise qualité (mouche dans 1 de nos burger au snack). Si vous arrivez avant 15h ou partez après 15h, un supplément honnereux est demandé sinon vous devez rester dans le hall. (Exemple: nous sommes 5 personnes dont 2 adultes et 3 enfants, arrivés à 11h, nous avons payé 75 euros supplémentaires alors que la nuit nous avait deja coûté 500 euros ! Et le parc aquatique était à moitié fermé car pas de soleil....). Bien content de n'avoir fait qu'une nuit dans cet hôtel.

I’ve stayed at Aqua Mirage Club & Aqua Parc multiple times over the years—this was probably our 6th visit—and it used to be our go-to hotel. Unfortunately, this recent experience was disappointing and will likely be our last. The rooms have gone downhill. There is no smart TV, and the small TV provided was locked to a single channel, which is not acceptable for a hotel of this level. The WiFi was also extremely unreliable—you constantly have to reconnect, which makes it frustrating to use. What stood out the most this time was the change in service. Some staff members were rude, which is very different from the welcoming atmosphere we experienced in the past. Another big disappointment was the new policy for early arrivals. Previously, if you arrived before check-in, you could enjoy lunch and use the pool while waiting for your room. Now, they charge €15 per person just to access these basic amenities before 3 PM, which feels unreasonable—especially for returning guests. The food quality has also noticeably declined compared to previous visits. It’s really unfortunate because this hotel used to be a favorite for us, our family, and our friends. Sadly, due to the drop in service, quality, and overall experience, we won’t be returning.

Goede locatie, niet ver van de medina (oude stad), eten is lekker en gevarieerd. De kamers zijn niet groot genoeg voor een gezin, ruimte is beperkt en de schoonmaak kan beter. Na 6 dagen moeten vragen achter propere lakens. Voor de rest is het een prima resort.

Bathroom- bad odour. Balcony- could not sit due to smoke from others and bird excrement. Room was as expected for the standard. Good that one of the pools was heated. Aquapark- fine though we had to wait until 11.45 on. Saturday for only one of the slides to open and the rest were still being readied. Food - as you'd expect for the standard but a very good range and easy to suit all tastes. Wine......avoid it or mix it with a sugary drink

1 semaine en famille : c est un très gros complexe donc extrêmement bruyant pour tout ce qui est restauration, ce n est vraiment pas agréable de manger à l intérieur. Par contre il y a beaucoup de choix pour les repas. Le personnel de ménage est ultra présent. Les chambres sont propres mais rien d exceptionnel, les finitions laissent à désirer. L Aqua parc est bien. Le personnel à l accueil n est pas souriant. 1 semaine c est suffisant, mais nous ne reviendrons clairement pas dans cet hôtel, c est l usine!

Room was nice, with good air con, comfy bed & good shower. However our sheets werent changed at all during an 11 night stay. Food was generally good and staff were very friendly. The main (one heated) pool was nice but got very busy. Lots of aqua aerobics, zumba, yoga etc by the pool, which was average. Bit of a faff having to get money out of a cash point for a deposit, to trade in for cards at reception, to trade in for pool towels - we've not come across this system before.. and £50 for 4 towels was a bit steep, they prob cost the hotel a few quid each. Spa treatments, ice creams, 'premium' drinks - any extras were above uk prices. Overall was a nice relaxed family break, but the hotel was a bit run down - could do with some maintenance.

Great hotel with staff who were absolutely person centred in their approach to all. House keeping, ground staff, bar and restaurant staff were all equally great. The animation team were fabulous and dynamic in their activities. Would certainly recommend this family hotel to others. The only recommendation I would suggested is to paint the lobby ceiling where there has been water damage as on arrival at the hotel it gave the wrong first impression of the environment.

Great all inclusive hotel. Lots of activities and entertainment all day long. Great water park and lots of food options. Unable to walk anywhere from the hotel, you can get a taxi from outside or the hotel bus into the centre. The sports bar needs abit of a rethink. It doesn’t open until 5 although games are on all day, it opens for the games but you have to walk to pool bar for a drink. There is only one TV. It could be a lot better. Rooms were spacious and clean. Overall we had a great stay.
