Hilton Garden Inn Chicago Downtown Riverwalk

"My son and I are on a mission to visit all 30 MLB baseball stadiums. With that being said Chicago was up. Coming from central California it was a real shot in the dark as to where we were going to stay. I did my due diligence and read a bunch of reviews of various hotels and I asked some of my coworkers who had been there. Ultimately I landed on the Hilton Garden inn, and I am glad I did. The rooms were nice, clean and cozy. The area was centrally located between Wrigley Field and Guaranteed Rate Field, which we used the subway to get to. It is very scenic and there are many things to do within walking distance. It is also safe! Up until the late hours at least. Most importantly customer service and staff were a 10 star rating! I would like to thank Jackie, Monica, Will ( the best bartender there!), and Sharon (who I had a short interaction with at checkout) but I could tell she was really sweet and nice. This staff mentioned made you feel like family and were very helpful! Jackie walked me and my son down the street a short way to show me where some great pizza was. Thank you Jackie! You will get great customer service, as we all know it has been declining in this day and age. Anyway, if you are in the area stay here. "
