“This property fits 6 adults very nicely and had many options for hot days on the lake or rain days in the garage game room. The property has a nice fire pit but does not provide wood. If you plan on more sleeping on the couch there is no window coverings on the main room for blocking the light. Enjoyed our stay! ”

“Tim's Park Place Cottage is a charming, roomy place to stay. The outside areas are fantastic and we used them all, including both decks (which are like dwelling in a forest canopy), the fire pit, the patio and grill. Kris says there were lots of conveniently placed hooks for hanging things, and recommends non-slip footwear for ascending and descending the steep and narrow staircase. “We absolutely loved our stay. The cottage is super cute and comfortable, and thoughtful touches for humans and fur babies are absolutely everywhere. “It had a nice feel to the place, rooms were hot there is no central ac. there is an ac unit but it only made the living room cold. I did not like that you get charged a fee for cleaning but still have to clean. Area is great and quiet but a ton of mosquitoes so bring off. The bathroom is between the two rooms but did not have locks so it’s hard to know when someone is in there. The beach was small but nice kids enjoyed that. Did not like that you are not allowed to smoke outside on the property……

“My sister and I only stayed for one night and used one of the rooms in the house but it was the perfect place to stay for the concert. The host, Steve, was very helpful and even drove us to and from the concert! Property is situated on a beautiful serene lot, hummingbirds were abundant out on the deck, had coffee and pastries in the am prior to checkout. Great spot!”
