“The room is old and worn-out. Not clean at all. There are stains on the bed sheet. The bathroom door is very difficult to close and cannot be locked. The room door is not soundproof, so it's very noisy outside the room in the morning.”

“We enjoyed our time here. It’s close to golden gate park which is AMAZING and HUGE. It’s right across from the ocean but there’s a berm so you can’t see water h till you walk up the berm. No complaints at all, but in the morning we noticed one of the guests in panic. Their Kia was stolen from across the street. Could happen anywhere and especially in a big city.
