The description is accurate and exceeded our expectations. The space was even decorated for Christmas. “We really enjoyed staying at the apartment. Everything was clean, comfortable, and easily accessible. Coffee, creamer, sugar, and bottled water were a nice surprise. The apartment was walking distance to family, making it the perfect location for our long holiday weekend. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the apartment. There was definitely plenty of space to spread out and relax. I will definitely stay again!”

“This is our second time staying here. We only stay over night, as it’s a half way point for us on our way to Vermont, but it’s perfect if you’re wanting to stay longer. The location is amazing and the apartment is clean and comfy. There’s a cute little coffee spot underneath it that makes the best breakfast sandwiches and a solid cold brew. Communication is fast. There are quite a few stairs if you’re not looking to walk up to the third floor, but we think it’s totally worth it. ☺️”

The hostess was very knowledgeable about the city and provided great recommendations for food and local businesses. If we’re ever back in Utica we’ll definitely check out this location again! ”

“The apartment was the perfect space for a longer vacation. Plenty of room for three of us without feeling crowded and able to be spread out. I do wish there was more communication regarding the parking spot (but that was a lack of time on my part) and the check out procedures. Overall a very good stay.”
