“My friend and I recently stayed for 3 nights in this apartment. We found the communication with the customer service representative difficult as she lacked patience with international travellers. Her comments came across as rude when we could not reply as often as she would have liked. The apartment is very small, almost too small for two people but the kitchen and the terrace are a nice touch. The bathroom has a terrible mildew odour due to lack of ventilation. ”

“We rented this property based on the amazing reviews and it didn't disappoint. The apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable and quiet. Unlike most VRBOs we have rented, it is actually nicer than the pictures. Leonardo met us promptly at the property and provided great information. “Rita was a wonderful host so responsive & accomodating. The apartment was very clean and comfortable & just a 10 minute walk & 10 minute tram ride to the city centre of Florence. We loved that it was away from the hustle & bustle of downtown & felt very safe. A little fruit , veggie & clothing market is held daily nearby & grocery store around the corner. “Had a wonderful stay in the apartment. Whilst the location is a bit further out of town the size of the property and rustic feel more than made up for it. We taxi’d in and out of town every day to experience the cultural center of Florence and escaped at the end of the day to the calm and serenity of the house. Would definitely stay again and the hostess was one of the best I’ve experienced in all my travels, more than accommodating and ensured our stay was awesome. thanks again”
