Apartment 'Il Rosmarino' with Sea View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Il Rosmarino holiday home with its garden offers a fantastic sea view and spectacular sunsets. The 45 m2 structure consists of a large living room with a sofa bed for two people, a kitchen, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower. It can therefore accommodate up to 4 people. Pets are not allowed. It has private parking about 150 meters away. Additional amenities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi and TV. The property is located 200 meters from a bus stop and 800 meters from the nearest beach where there is a bar and umbrella rental. Nearby there is a restaurant and a pizzeria. In Zanca there is a food shop while in Marciana Marina there is a supermarket and bike and boat rental. Families with children are welcome. Cot and high chair can be provided upon request. Events are not permitted on this property. A laundry room with two washing machines is available and shared with other guests. There is a charging station for electric cars. This structure has electricity and domestic water production with a photovoltaic system and storage batteries that make it self-sufficient.
