Everyone’s very friendly close to hiking waterfalls canoeing and fishing mountain drives all around beautiful Arkansas. I must our family and kids and only 1.5 hours from Northwest Arkansas. “This place is a gem, best deal in the area. It’s big and has 4 beds, a couch, a rocking chair and a table that can seat 6. There are also outdoor tables and a charcoal grill. The place is very clean and the kitchen is well equipped with pots, utensils, and plates, there’s even a deep fryer and a crockpot. There’s only 2 restaurants in town so this was a must for us. The beds are comfortable and there are plenty of blankets. The bathroom has plenty of linens and the washer and dryer are new. It……

“Everything was as expected and just what the doctor ordered. One side note. The sound barrier between the adjoining unit is almost nonexistent, making neigboring conversations sound as if they werre in the same room. Never a problem as my neighbors went to bed early. “We were unsure at first as we’ve never stayed in such a remote location before. However our minds were completely changed as soon as we arrived so much so that we which we could have extended our stay. Owner was very prompt to respond when we had questions.
