This Coral Lagoon Resort & Marina townhome in a quaint Key West village style atmosphere. 1450 sq ft and Built in 2007, this two story 3 BR /2.5 BA is simply stunning. Boat slip must be arranged with the DockMaster Debbie, you will be provided the number to reach out to the dockmaster after booking.
**If you are bringing a boat or Renting a boat Please Read the information at the end of this description. There are requirements of the Boatmaster to register your vessels.
Within minutes of leaving our marina you can be in the ocean or on the Gulf of Mexico and several waterfront restaurants. On site Marina includes full services such as boat ramp, and fuel. Shared Pool on site. The pool is heated in the winter. To get to the pool you take a right on the dock, and it is located at the end of the channel, about 10 townhouses away.
The lower level includes a large floor plan layout with a full service kitchen open to the dining and family room. Kitchen includes state of the art stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The living room open up to the rear covered deck. The perfect retreat for your morning coffee. Brand New leather sofas this is the most comfortable rental in the Keys. Well stocked kitchen for your cooking enjoyment. 42" flat screen TV in the Living room and a TV in each bedroom. All rooms enjoy a water view. The powder bathroom is conveniently located downstairs for guests.
The second level includes 3 bedrooms, 2 additional bathrooms and 2 private balconies. The master bedroom includes a private bathroom with walk - in shower, linen closet, and granite vanity tops. The room has two separate his and hers closets, TV, vaulted ceilings, and access to private balcony overlooking the waterway. Second bedroom has a queen size bed, closet, TV, vaulted ceilings, and a private balcony. Third bedroom has two (2) twin beds, closet, TV, and vaulted ceilings. These two rooms share a bathroom off the hallway including tub / shower and granite vanity. Full Size Washer and Dryer is in the hall closet. This home can sleep 8 but only has sleeping for 6 in beds. If you want to rent a rollaway, we do have those avialable for $150.00 per bed per stay. The Sofa is not a pull out. Or you can bring your own blow up bed.
The residence has a private nearby heated pool great for the family and kids. There are numerous nearby amenities such as......local attractions, restaurants, drug stores, groceries, and bars.
Our location is excellent for Boater, with immediate access to the ocean or the Gulf of Mexico through Vaca Cut.
Boat slip has a fee through the HOA; to dock your boat at a slip, it will be a minimum of one hundred and thirty five dollars (135) per day for any boats 30ft and under. It would be an additional four dollars and fifty cents (4.50) per ft for anything over 30ft. You will be required to fill out a form and insurance information before you arrive with your boat.

The City of Marathon that states 2 per bedroom plus 2, we only sleep 6 in beds. If you want to bring an aerobed it is allowed.
This property is “dog friendly” so you are required to select the pet fee option when booking if you are bringing a dog. All dogs must be approved prior to booking. There are breed restrictions due to insurance reasons. Dogs 60lbs or less allowed - must be pre approved. Pet fee is non refundable & taxable. If you are booking on Airbnb ~ the pet fee will be asked for after booking as it will not be included in total cost. The fee is based on the breed & size. Dog friendly only - NO cats or other animals. Max allowed is 2. Failure to disclose the dog and pay the pet fee will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund.
You must be 25 or older to rent. (25-year-old must be present during the entire stay)
Vrotfk has terms and conditions for the use of this property and all the properties we manage. As a party to this transaction, you and your party understand that by renting this property, you expressly agree to the Terms and Conditions of Vacation Rentals Of The Florida Keys(Vrotfk). Once a deposit is received by Vrotfk or through any other platform you choose to book the property, that act will acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions. Terms and Conditions are attached to every reservation confirmation. Terms and conditions will be sent via an e-sign document that must be signed after booking.
Boat Requirements and Trailer Storage
The Villa you are staying at offers complimentary use of a marina boat slip. You are required to execute an In-Kind Lease, and the marina will charge a lease approval fee. There are other services that the Master Common Area Property offers
our guests for a fee. Storage of trailers during your stay and access to a private boat ramp. The cost of these services goes
directly to the associations to support the cost of administration and maintenance of the properties.
The fee structure for 2024 is:
1. Lease Approval Fee 50
2. Nighty Trailer Storage Fee 27 (55 if the boat is stored on trailer)
3. The Ramp Fee is 11.25 for each use of the ramp.
The marina association has specific requirements for any vessel staying on marina property:
1. The boat must have a minimum of 300,000 liability insurance with the marina named as additional insured. This information is provided to the marina by their insurance company, and the additional insured is listed on the boat
declaration page. This process is easy if you have your agent's name and email address. We provide a form with all the requirements. You cut and paste the document into an email and send it to your agent.
2. The marina association lease must be fully executed. It is fully electronic, you can fill out a form send it to our dockmaster, or call. Our dockmaster will guide and support you through the lease process. Outside of the standard
lease legal tenets. You are fully responsible for the Boat any time it is in the Leased Slip or Marina and
responsible for the cost of all injury to persons, or damage to the Leased Slip, Marina facilities, or any other
Association property of others caused by the Boat, the Boat Owner, or any Boat Related Persons.
