“Our place was very clean, in a wonderful neighborhood with a great view. I highly recommend this place for a couple. The only thing missing is a bedroom door. But, hay, we managed. ”

“The guest house was neat and clean. The pool was unheated and was not able to use. it was located 17 miles from Tucson in the desert, which was very nice, but the road to get there was very primitive and had large mud holes that where hard to navigate. All in all the stay was very nice.”

“Very good location. This met all of our needs and expectation. We appreciated the availability of extra towels and washcloths. We got good looks of several Arizona raptor birds from the back yard.”

“Location is the best! Very clean. Was a little difficult to find the first time. I would call this a studio not a one bedroom. Love the view and the host we met was very kind upon arrival. Do need to bring your own blow dryer. The one in the unit is way too tiny. Had to go buy a larger one that actually dries my long hair. The appliances are old and could use a replacement. Did not feel comfortable cooking in the unit but the restaurants nearby are wonderful!”

“One of the most fascinating homes I've ever stayed in! British Colonial decorations made it feel like we were living in another era (one very familiar and beloved for my South African immigrant mom). Aside from enjoying the amenities of the house, we were there for U of A graduation and the location was perfect - proximity to campus, restaurants, etc. Especially loved hearing every day the white-winged doves who seem to 'own' the neighborhood.”

“We wanted an easy place within walking distance of campus and this casita was perfect. Listing was accurate and communication very smooth. We were a bit surprised by the small size of the alley access and parking - our minivan just fit within the gate. But once we had been in and out a few times we were comfortable.”
