“The property was very nice and accomedated our large group! The lake access was awesome with shallow water and a beach area. The gas grill was much larger than we expected which was great for our making burgers. The main door did stick and latched funny plus the cleaning fee was very high for us to be expected to wash all the towels. It was a great place to stay just make sure to plan time for washing things prior to check out. The neighbor dog was super friendly!”

“A comfortable home on a beautiful peaceful lake. The views are stunning, the neighborhood is friendly but quiet. Our group if 6 enjoyed spending evenings together enjoying all the property has to offer and during the day ventured out to enjoy the quaint and curious attractions in the area.”

“We are in our 70's and stayed the month of Aug 2024. Ellie was very responsive to our needs, even adding a window air conditioner to the downstairs bedroom because the weather on our arrival was very hot. We had our 3 grandkids visit (from Chicago) while we were there and they really enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boards. There are 6 Adirondack chairs outside around a fire pit. There's also a table with an umbrella and four 'bar height' chairs for outside seating. The interior was comfy and……

“Growing up on a farm, it was a nice step back in time. Didn't mind not having air conditioning. Property was very well groomed. The lake was very nice. Very peaceful and quiet. The stay was thoroughly enjoyed by the elderly and the younger generations. Enjoyed learning the history of saunas and very much enjoyed using this one. It was a very nice stay and will definitely stay again.”

“A few things broken door knobs for example. More tvs are needed. Yard needs to be better maintained all in all a good stay for the price but with a little upgrades you can easily get more”

“We had a great time swimming, fishing and cooking s’mores by the lake. The kitchen was well equipped and the table large enough to fit all of us. The house worked well for sleeping arrangements. The steep wood stairs down to the dock were tough for the little ones, but the alternate rock steps were nice ”
