“We had a great time visiting with family. Staying in this condo made it even more enjoyable. It was very clean. There was more than enough room for all of us. We were close enough to downtown Traverse City that we could walk everywhere. The check-in and check-out process was very easy and the property manager, John, answered all of my questions very quickly. We will definitely stay here again!”

“My only concern is the safety of the steps I had to navigate to and from the condo. There were railings for some of the steps, but not all, and those were scary. I'm 76 and not nearly as steady or confident as I used to be. I took my walking sticks and that's how I navigated the rail-less steps. These are only 2 or 3 steps long, but with no railing to steady me, they are a horrifying fall risk. I brought the sticks so that I could hike up and down dunes on my way to the lakeshore. “our overall visit was very good. The photo we saw when booking painted a considerably different picture than the reality, making it look much newer than it is. And the building was a lot older than expected and rather dated. However the facility had everything we needed and at a very good price. On balance we would consider returning and just adjust our expectations. Note, we visited in October ( not ski season). Lots of room was nice.”

“Quick overnight trip to Traverse City to go to the Twilight Tour of the State Hospital and dinner at the Trattoria Stella. Everything we wanted to do was in the same building as our condo. “We loved this condo. We came to town for a funeral, not a fun vacation, but it was so clean and comfortable and perfect for our needs. Having two beds in the second bedroom is hard to find sometimes and now that our kids are preteens they loved not having to share a bed. The host was responsive and we had no issues at all. We would love to come back on a happier occasion.”
