Situated less than 2 blocks from the bay for an easy daily walk and 3 blocks to beach, the location is great. In lovely residential area of Seaside Park with beautiful beach (3 passes included). The beach is surely walkable for most, but I did drive so it was easier to move beach stuff. Plenty of parking right near accesses during the week (not sure how it would be on weekend).
