“Our family (kids 11 and 8 yrs) had a wonderful time. Can’t beat the location or view of the beach. 2 mile walk to town, if you bike, it would take you 10 min. The place was very clean. My kids loved the game room and being able to walk right out to the beach. They were disappointed the pool was under construction, but it is the off season. I appreciated a free laundry facility and having simple kitchen supplies. The place it dated, but it’s like visiting your grandma. If you do have any issues……

“Our third stay here was as delightful as our first. The property is perfectly located in central OBX with close access to beach, Roanoke Island, several nature preserves and most of the shopping areas. We have appreciated and enjoyed the clean, attractive and luxurious interior of this apartment. Everything we need is provided with an eye to quality. Bikes and kayaks are a bonus feature. The host has been quite helpful over the years. We are looking forward to another stay here.”

“We stayed off-season Mon-Thursday in March 2025. Lovely, cute home... great outdoor space to sit and let the dogs run around. Water faucet was a little touchy in the shower, but we figured it out. Loved the front porch! Great neighborhood, too. Easy walk to the sound for sunset and quick drive to the beach, lots of public access points. Beds aren't huge but worked for us. It was clean upon arrival. Would stay again! ”

“This vacation was a last minute trip for my family and I'm so glad we selected this property. The property was extremely clean and better in person than in photos.
