“What a pleasant surprise! The photos don't do it justice. It is right in the middle of town, so we did not take our car anywhere. We walked to everything (including the train to Pike's Peak which is $20 to park). The rooms have been updated and are super clean with comfy beds. Parking is right in front of your unit. There is no manager onsite, but they responded to us immediately when we had a concern. I would definitely stay again!”

“We were able to get in the room with good written instructions. It was me, my husband, and 2 grandchildren, ages 10 and 12. No instructions on locking the door when leaving. Had to spend a lot of time locking up to leave for an outing. When we opened the door the stench of cigarettes gave me a headache and was nauseating. I contacted the agency and the owner, neither were willing to do anything besides come and spray the apartment. The shower floor had mold on it. When the hideaway bed was out……
