The property is very convent to the mall and restaurants, just walking distance. The most hated about this place is the communication. I contact them through Expedia and it says the property will email me. I waited by no email was received or any notification thru Expedia. We went there and just found out that there’s different towers, like 8 of them. There 2 towers along the street , the first tower told me that my name is not on their list and I should try the 2nd tower which I did. The 2nd tower guest specialist told me that I’m not on the list. Asked me if I contacted the person /phone number that is listed on Expedia. I told them I did but nobody’s answering and cannot even leave a message. It’s a non working number. I beg the lady to find us any room since it’s Christmas Eve and cannot find any decent accommodation that’s within our budget. So she was able to accept us which I am so thankful with her and the security who helped us with our bags. When we get there, it’s only one queen bed with no blanket, just a quilt. I did reserve for 4 people but there’s no way for us to fit in the bed. So there’s a futton bed bed there’s no bedsheet, no blanket. We asked the front desk and they said we can tell the host by calling the number on our reservation which is a non working number. There’s no way for us to get or buy a bedsheet or towel since it’s late at night and we’re so tired from a long 18 hours flight. Drain is clogged, no extra tissue paper and cockroaches.
