“We stayed for 2 nights while we explored the local beaches before he headed to Sarasota. The neighborhood wasn't great but we never felt uncomfortable. The apartment and decorations were cute and sufficient for our needs. The beds weren't terribly comfortable and the road noise was bad.. “The overall stay was good. The host was very accommodating, with letting me check in ealier than 3pm. Cons- the advertisement for the amenities pool, hot tub, gym, restaurant, bar / night club is not included in the stay, even though your staying in the gated community, You have to pay a daily fee, $50 a couple and $165 for a male to use the amenities. “This is a perfect air b and b for two. The property is so inviting. There is a seating area outside surrounded by gorgeous trees. The bed is so comfortable. Everything is clean. The shower is huge. “It’s an older house in a neighborhood of older houses, but has been completely remodeled inside as a rental. Basic and clean. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Easy to get around. It is right beside I-275 but the roadway is elevated so you’re not really hearing traffic when in the house. I thought the beds were very comfortable. ”

“This by far was my best experience with a rental property. Property manager was there every step of the way. Very easy check-in process. Everything was spotless and organized when I walked through the front door. Everything that you could possibly need was available. Appliances were clean dishes were clean, everything was spotless.
