Someplace Nice

Open concept living space with luxury kitchen, fireplace and Cable TV with HBO. Relax in comfort as you sit by the fire and socialize with friend or just watch the TV. Perfect after a long day on the slopes or a sunny day on the beach. Both are within an hour drive. Amenities include: Jenn Air Stove, Dish washer, ice/water dispense, Keurig and complementary Coffee.

Neighborhood highlights
Home is located next to a school district and generally considered on of the better areas of Manchester.

Getting around
MHT airport and downtown are within 10-15 minutes. Eateries, grocery stores and shopping malls are all within a mile.

The space
This is the first floor of a single-family home with a private entrance. The second floor is partitioned by a door with a lock and can be rented by other guests.

Caretaker on site: A caretaker resides in the basement but does not go into your space unless asked for assistance.

Great little place.
Great little place to stay for my wife, sister and myself. Close to where we needed to be and the condition was awesome. One note; kitchen area needs better lighting. Overall Someplace Nice.

ROACH IN THE PILLOWCASE!
Should have left when we arrived at 4pm and couldn't check in because the owner was having phone issues. Check in was supposed to be ready at 3pm and the host messaged a few days prior saying I would have at code at 2pm. Finally got in and checked the place out, it didn't look terrible, not very clean though, crumbs and dirt all in the very old sofa bed so we were prepared to just use a sleeping bag on the couch. Then the owner awkwardly shows up and walks to the door smoking a cigarette and smelled up the whole place. Then shortly after he left we found a ROACH IN THE PILLOW MY MOM WAS GOING TO USE! That's when we got the heck out of there! Was on hold with VRBO for way too long and ultimately did get my refund after disputing the charge with my credit card company, after VRBO told me that it takes 3 COCKROACHES TO GET AN IMMEDIATE REFUND! DO NOT STAY HERE! I AM DONE WITH VRBO!
