At tge age of 48, and doing a fair amount of traveling, this would be the worst hotel experience I have ever had. I called and reserved a room in march, called back and added a second room on the 5th of april. Called 4 days prior to my trip and they only had me down for 1 room. Had to scramble to book other arrangements through expedia.
The pool area was disgusting, the water looked murky and unsafe to swim in, the hottub had light and wiring coming up out of the water just laying on the edge of the tub.
Had to listen to dogs barking in the next door room and our room was in major disrepair. They were supposed to have a continental breakfast, but when we got the lobby at 7:30 am, there was no employees working and no breakfast items prepared. There was no milk for the cereal, no coffee prepared, out dated food in the fridge, and no waffle mix prepared. Called the overnight number many times, and a young lady came out in her pajamas, no sicks or shoes, went into the kitchen area and tried to prepare waffle mix. I personally made 2 pots of coffee for the other guests and we left for the day.
When we returned later that day our room keys no longer worked and had to call in the employee to reprogram our keys.
We watched some one check out of their room, 2 employees went in, straightened up the room put in a few clean towels and were done in 3 min and rented the room back out without changing the sheets or pillow cases. Needless to say I am trying to get a refund for or stay.
