“Really spacious room with duplex, suitable for family. Unfortunately we couldn’t have dinner in the restaurant on that night as it had been booked for other event. We couldn’t enjoy the night view from restaurant but we could have breakfast to enjoy the beautiful view of Mont St Michel. However, the communication between hotel was terrible. Firstly, I received a email in French only talking about the access code of carpark. I requested for an English version but no response. I used Google……

“My room at 1st floor is facing a public road and there is sound from engine. Thus, it's a bit noisy.”

“The hotel location is very convenient, the free shuttle bus stop is just across the road. The decor is modern and the room size is good enough for two persons. The room was clean with a good size bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is no elevator at the hotel. It was a pleasant stay. ”

“The hotel is located at a great location. Very easy to access the river, bike xing, etc. There is a 'small' patio', which is only large enough for one chair. The noise from other rooms are clear to hear. Even we stay on the toppest floor, we can still hear someone walking and talking.”

“Niveau personnel rien à redire au top. Nous avons pris une chambre double supérieure à un prix + que gonflé en cette période de carnaval, la porte de la salle de bain ne fermait pas, la porte de la chambre difficile à fermer également, et de la moisissure ou autre saleté de couleur noir sur le bord de la vitre de la baignoire. ”

“Étonné de la note globale sur le site. J’avais pourtant demandé une chambre supérieure, mais on m’a attribué une chambre en rez-de-chaussée qui ressemblait à une catégorie économique oubliée des années 70 : odeur d’humidité persistante, salle de bain minuscule et dans son jus, serviettes d’entrée de gamme. Pas d’acceuil. Pour un établissement noté au-dessus de 9/10, je m’attendais à tout autre chose. Il y a manifestement un décalage entre la réputation en ligne et la réalité sur place.”
