Basic but close to beach
Location is great, the property is very basic. If you need a place to sleep, shower and enjoy the beach this is perfect. Kitchen stocked with dishes and utensils, seating is limited.

Fantastic getaway spot!
This property lived up to the description and more! My mom and I took my daughter away for a girls trip and it had everything we needed for a great experience. In the evenings we enjoyed sitting in the backyard that backed up to the waking path overlooking the ocean. During the day we found the beach access to be easy, the location safe and close to many activities like Jenkinson’s. The property was clean and very comfortable. We will be back!

Beachfront Squan - Perfectly Cozy
Perfect and cozy beachfront house. Steps from the beach. 5 min stroll to GiGi’s. Around the corner from a coffee shop. Block and change from Leggits and Ospray but far enough so you’re not right in the middle of the late night shenanigans. We grilled and had a safe spot for our bikes. The neighbors were super cool too. Ben and Ana were super responsive and the space is thoughtfully organized. Ice cream and the arcade are a 5min walk too. We loved it and definitely want to come back.

Beach is great, property not so!
So we booked this place last minute and were thrilled to find something for the weekend in high season. The property was a disappointment for over $700 a night price point . We should have considered a beach front hotel on the shore or Caribbean vacation instead. The property is on the lower half and one can not open blinds as there is just a sand dune at the back and no views. The pictures are not a true reflection. It felt like being in a basement. Additionally the upstairs unit, which is similar in size was very active and noisy between 10:00pm and 3:00am and it was impossible to get a good night sleep. The location is very convenient close to the beach and dinning areas. If you want easy access to beach, this property is good but that is just about it.
