“This was a great home base for a weekend visit to Richmond with our dog. Easy walk to Caryrown and a bunch of other restaurants around The Fan. The apartment was clean and well equipped, and the bed was comfortable. As some have mentioned, was loud at times, especially the first night when they seemed to be walking around late into the night. I’d suggest earplugs just in case.”

“Spent the weekend at Terre Haute with friends from college. The home and grounds were beautiful! The host was fantastic and we appreciate the treat basket left out for us. The books were fantastic! It was very quiet and peaceful and I would definitely stay again. My only suggestions would be to offer a little more comfortable seating for just having coffee and catching up. “The property was very pretty and clean inside; it was also very well stocked, we had everything we needed. I definitely would recommend. “This property worked really well for two families looking to relax and enjoy the lake. We appreciated having easy access to kayaks and paddleboards as well as the beach and beach toys for the kids to play with on the shore. “We loved the house and the location. Very centrally located for visiting the sights of Richmond. The backyard was an urban oasis. Property was clean and well appointed. Only issue was that the door code was not given out until the day of check in contrary to the norms for VRBO (which is usually 3 days before check in). As leader of our happy family this made me look for alternatives - hotels etc. - as a bail out as opposed to enjoying the wedding we were attending. Maybe I'm a nervous……

“We were in town for a tournament at the convention center and looking for something walking distance. This was perfect! Less than 5 min walk. The loft had everything we could have asked for and was immaculate. Instructions for entering the loft were clear and easy to follow, as well as communication before, during and after was A+! My only suggestion is that the outside of the place was difficult to find - possibly a photo of the entrance would help! But once we found it, the rest of the stay……

“A quick overnight before my surgery. Highly recommend this chain of hotels. First, I messedup our reservation (under lots of pre-op stress) and prepaid for the wrong night. After explaining to them the situation they had no qualms about fixing my mistake at no cost to me. We arrived to free dinner and free drinks (alcoholic or not), free popcorn and a beautiful comfortable room. It's a nice treat before a stressful and emotional day tomorrow. BTW the price point is phenomenal for Richmond!!”
